Rio Grande Valley RV Parks
What is the Rio Grande Valley?
- Actually only including the lower Rio Grande, roughly from McAllen to Brownsville, this border region is the southernmost part of Texas. It is famous as a rich agricultural area, especially for its citrus. Red grapefruit was originally grown here, for instance. It is also famous as a bird-watchers' paradise, from the wild varieties to the even wilder SpaceX varieties in Boca Chica. Many Winter Texans make this their seasonal home, in spite of the on-going illegal migration crisis.
