I was able to use it for online gaming, which is possibly the most demanding thing most consumers do on the internet, and it worked flawlessly, better in fact than my fiber-to-the-door landline (which I'm cancelling). It can even be used in a vehicle traveling up to 100 MPH (160 KPH)! I haven't tried that yet, but others have and say it works well. This is ''the'' system to have for RVers, and now that the satellite constellation has filled out, connectivity is available in most of the world, except where prohibited by law.

Tips and Tricks for Getting Online on the Go

Starlink? Yes!!

  • Starlink Mini Roam
    • I just (October 2024) got one of these, and it's wonderful! Fast, cost-effective, and easy to set up. I was able to use it for online gaming, which is possibly the most demanding thing most consumers do on the internet, and it worked flawlessly, better in fact than my fiber-to-the-door landline (which I'm cancelling). It can even be used in a vehicle traveling up to 100 MPH (160 KPH)! I haven't tried that yet, but others have and say it works well.
